Update 06-03-2013

The Conshohocken Community Garden is off to a fantastic season with 80% of plots sold out! Have an itch to learn how to garden? Do you love tomatoes but have no space to grow them? Would you like to have organic vegetables at a fraction of store prices? Join us! For only $45 for the whole year, you can plant a 10' x 10' plot full of healthy produce and be a part of a wonderful community experience. You don't need to have any gardening experience! 9-22 Work Weekend - New Shed, Prepped 2nd Half!

On 09/22/2012, the Conshohocken Community Garden board arranged a work day to install a new shed, clear weeds, and spread the remaining compost and soil over the 2nd half of the garden. This gives us a place to put tools. It also tells the community that the 2nd half of the garden is open for business!

Garden Updates

On Saturday, 9/22, many gardeners pitched in to do some maintenance to the garden.  The shed is now located in the NW corner of the garden!  We also spread out the remaining compost piles on the other side of the garden.  Since it is coming near the end of the season, please check your plots and remove plants that have run their course.  You can put the pulled plants in the compost bins, or leave them lay in your garden to compost for next year!!!

Hi everyone -

I have created 2 new forums on this website - Community Garden & Wawa Discussion.   Click on the Forum button above to access the forums.  I hope to have some great discussions with the community on these and other environment-concerning topics.

Also, this Saturday, 6/9, I will be at the garden around 9 am to do some general work (working my plot, cleaning up garbage).  I hope to try and organize to have the shed delivered to the site as well, I may need help in doing that.
